The timeline below is the January-2027 package: everything CareMaster and 10x have committed to for the pilot, laid out by owner and date.

Estimate basis: 284 development days plus 20% QA, eight hours to the day, four developers (Vlad Sargsyan, Yaroslav Rudenko, Ilya Levin, Kurt McRae) plus Tracy Sergeev full-time on front end and Leonid Kornilov on QA at 50% across the window. Note that Kurt moves from full-time development to architecture and code review once the properties work ships, so the effective developer count drops during the window.
